All credit card and debit card payments on urbancraf are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

Does urbancraf store my credit/debit card information?

Urbancraf does not store the card information or passwords in any manner. However, urbancraf stores the IP Address of order placing device (computer/mobile/tablets etc) and the date time of order. Urbancraf uses this information for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

No. We only accept Credit/Debit Card issues by Banks located in India.
